Grade a finished take as surely as it can be: MIDI when it was recorded,
else the audio with the whole take in hand, else what the real-time
session made of it. Under a set tempo the grade is timed against the beat
as the performer heard it — scheduled plus the output's latency, and, for
a grade from the audio, plus however much later the microphone heard the
metronome's clicks — and timing counts in the score.
