Function liveNoteStyles

Note-head styles for a live snapshot, for the score viewer's noteStyles: every note with a verdict is coloured by its status (the TakeReport colours by default), and a provisional verdict is drawn fainter until it is confirmed. Under a set tempo, a note played outside the strictness window gets a mark where it was played; following the performer, timing is not judged and nothing is marked.
