The theory drills kept in this browser, the way useTakeHistory keeps
takes: each drill as its record — its settings and seed, so its questions
can be drawn again with restoreDrill, and what was answered — with how
it went. Nothing leaves the browser. A kept drill that is not whole — or
is of another version, whose questions may now be drawn differently — is
left out.
