The provider's decision on a completed lesson that needs approval.

approved: boolean

true to approve; false to send it back.

at: string

When the decision was made (ISO 8601).

completedAt?: string

The completion this decision was made on (the client's completedAt), so a resubmission is told apart.

note?: string

A note to the client.
