Properties

accidentals: boolean

Ask sharps and flats as well as naturals

byEar: boolean

Ask by ear: a C is heard, then the note, to name it from the C before it is seen. Never two names for one sound among the answers (F♯ and G♭)

choiceCount: number

How many answers to choose from, the right one among them

clef: Clef

The clef the notes are written in

highestMidi: number

Highest note asked, as a MIDI number

lowestMidi: number

Lowest note asked, as a MIDI number

playAnswer: boolean

Answer by playing: the note is shown — or heard, by ear — and played on an instrument instead of named
